Stephen Camozzi
Stephen is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder. Until the end of 2010, Stephen was Managing Director and Head of Technology at Hall Capital Partners, an elite investment firm managing ultra high net worth accounts. During his 10 year tenure at Hall Capital, Stephen had the opportunity to manage and participate in numerous complex technology projects. In addition to his infrastructure and architecture accomplishments, he managed both outsourced and in-house development talent as well as contributing a good deal of his own code to the firm's internal development and data integration efforts. He is equally at home talking to executives as to developers, and he is happiest when rolling up his sleeves and contributing.
Stephen has spent most of his career on the buy side of the consulting table; he understands what managers and executives are looking for both from their data integration projects and from their consultants, and his goal is to help make Groove Analytics as close to the perfect consultant as possible. His hobby horses are: cost predictability, excellent communication, and not billing clients to learn what you should already know.

Patrick Mundy
Patrick is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder. He is a seasoned data processing veteran with 10+ years of industry experience in data processing, data warehousing and data analysis initiatives. He has extensive experience with ETL and analytic projects, especially in banking, investment and other financial arenas
Pat is a very strong SQL programmer; he can produce complex queries as well as design and develop functions, stored procedures and triggers to support business logic in application development. He has also successfully managed software and database development teams, and has experience with both traditional waterfall and agile modes of application development. He has extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 & 2005, 2008, especially with the 2005/2008 SSIS platform, as well as a mastery of Crystal Reports design tools (all versions). He has a solid understanding of database models to support analytic reporting (OLAP) as well as extensive experience with ETL processes and practices, including monitoring, logging and alerts.
Technical background aside, Pat has a strong understanding of most financial and investment operations and business practices, as well as those of manufacturing businesses and professional service practices. He is very quick to grasp new business models, he understands what managers and executives want to see, and he produces quality Business Intelligence solutions for them.

Albert Factora
Albert is a Senior Partner. He is an experienced business analyst and project manager with a solid operations foundation. He also has a deep understanding of business systems making him a major contributor to solving process and system issues. He has managed large system implementations utilizing internal and external talent. He is quite at ease finding the proper tone when discussing business requirements both with executive project owners and with technical resources. He is sensitive to processes that are redundant or error prone and is driven to improve business though technology.
Albert started his career in the health care industry and quickly moved into the technology sector. For the last ten years he has been employed at Epocrates Inc (EPOC) where he was exposed to a wide variety of processes and where he managed systems for sales, contract management, client services, accounting and finance. His philosophy is simple: communication is the key to collaboration, and collaboration is the answer to cost effective system solutions for business growing pains.
