Groove will help you plan your project by assessing your needs, defining your requirements, developing a data model that suits your needs, and helping you to choose an architecture and infrastructure that will last. We also understand that often you just can’t fully articulate all of a system’s requirements at project inception, or things are discovered during development that require changes in scope or design. When this happens, Groove believes it is critical to stay in close communication with you – so that together we can agree upon new milestones, and check in with you to assess progress, direction and any new challenges.
