We are staffed by talented senior people with years of experience in diverse environments. We’re problem solvers, we’re customer service oriented, and we don’t speak in jargon when we don’t need to. On most projects, one person will be the project manager and point of contact from start to finish and beyond. On many smaller projects, the same person will be writing code. We take care of our clients from end to end and we stick around afterwards to make sure things keep running smoothly.
We get things done right the first time. We’ve had experiences with outsourced partners whose hourly rate seemed fine, but who took twice as many hours to complete a task as they should have, or wasted iterations because they didn’t quite understand the requirements. Groove doesn’t do that. We listen, we understand your business, and we’re efficient with our time.
Frequent communication with the client is an integral part of our process. We will continually keep you updated during a project both to ensure that we are producing what you want, as well as to prevent billing surprises. It is important that our clients feel a sense of control over the process as well as over expenditures.
In the rare case that we can’t do something or haven’t done it before, we’ll tell you so. If necessary, we’ll help you find someone with the skillset you’re seeking. If it helps, we’ll even manage the project for you. Though we have broad expertise, we do not pretend to have expertise in an area when we don’t. We work hard to earn our clients’ trust.
